The host property is a traditional brick built detached home built around 1930.
Our clients wanted to open up their small kitchen and enlarge an existing bedroom to create a master suite.
By creating architectural designs for a single storey side and double storey rear extension, we were able to provide a much larger open living kitchen with bifolding doors and rooflights, a new boot/utility room and a bedroom suite with en suite shower room.
The successful scheme increased the internal floor space by 24%.
