The host property is a traditionally built detached stone dwelling in the village of Pannal, on the south side of Harrogate.
We prepared Architectural plans which were approved for double garage, master bedroom and en suite, with consideration given to large protected trees.
Increased property size by an incremental 17%.

Andrew Fallow did a great job of the design for my extension. He listened to all my thoughts and requirements and came back with an innovative plan that included ideas I would never have thought of. I discussed the plans with my family and there were a number of iterations before coming up with the final scheme to be submitted to the Planning Authority. Andy knows the idiosynchracies of the planners and the plans were approved with no amendments. It turns out he has never had plans rejected. Andy is also a very experienced developer, so included all the latest building regulations in his plans. Building contractors can work from Andy’s plans with confidence and they are detailed enough to eliminate any need to interpret them for building purposes. I have recommended him to several friends.
