Transformed a dated 1960’s small detached dwelling within a large plot in the village setting of Burn Bridge.
Created a stunning 7 bedroomed 4 bathroomed family dwelling with separate double garage.
Removed roof and added an additional third storey, plus a separate double storey extension.
This provided an incremental 150 square metres of internal floorspace, extending the property by 81%.
Client: This was our own project, which was successfully undertaken and completed by us as commercial development.
