The Brief

Haxby village is located approximately 4 miles north of York city centre. The application site was within an established residential area.

Our scheme included the demolition of a dilapidated, underused, sprawling detached bungalow, in a substantial plot.

Our successful application enabled the demolition of the bungalow, and building of a pair of three storey semi-detached 5 bedroomed dwellings, with integral garaging.

We successfully negotiated with the Planners to achieve two dwellings of approximately 190 square metres each.

This was our own commercial project, as the Developer as well as the Designer.
