The Brief

The original piece of land contained a row of garages, more recently used as storage.

We created a detached 3 bedroomed bungalow with detached garage and wrap round easily maintained patio areas.

The original garages were demolished in order to create the dwelling.

The new property in this small infill plot was a welcome improvement to the mixed residential area.
