The host property is a substantial detached stone dwelling in the village of Collingham, near Wetherby.
The client wanted to enlarge their small kitchen to create a large living kitchen with utility room, and enlarge an existing bedroom to create a master bedroom.
The approved two storey rear extension exceeded the clients’ space and impact expectations, enabling them to more fully use their home.

I had obtained a couple of quotes for a kitchen extension and was looking for a third when a friend spoke very highly of Andrew and recommended I try him.
So pleased I did as his design for the kitchen extension not only fulfilled all we wished for in the kitchen, but his was the only plan that not only thought of, but solved a problem caused by a previous extension which had reduced the size of a bedroom, by extending it along with the kitchen below.
