A written quote will be provided, detailing all costs involved in the planning process.

On acceptance of the quote, a measured survey will be carried out, and plans of the existing building prepared.  At the same time, draft proposal plans are prepared.  These drawings will assist further discussion, and may be amended until the plans are ready to form the basis of your Planning Application.

When you are satisfied with the proposed design, the Planning Application will be submitted to the Local Authority, along with all necessary documentation.

Fallow Architectural will monitor the application and liaise with the Local Authority Planning Officer assigned to your case, and inform you of progress at all stages.

On approval of  the Planning Application, Building Regulation plans/working drawings can be prepared for submission to the Building Control provider.

The building regulation drawings include clear structural detail, to enable you to obtain accurate quotes for the building work.

The building regulation application & supporting documents will include details of foundations, supports and beams.  We will liaise with Structural Engineers on your behalf to ensure that building can proceed with confidence, in accordance with Building Regulations, and without unnecessary delay.
