We took this brownfield site and constructed a pair of substantial three storey, five bedroomed detached dwellings with integral garages, front off road parking, and front and rear gardens.
The plans creatively used room in the roof trusses to enable a three storey scheme which appeared from the front elevation to be two storey, so fitting well into an existing mixed residential scheme of one and two storey dwellings.
This maximised the use of this infill plot.
